I love that this forum stretches farther than the US borders. Such a small selection of music here. Basically thug this or I'm the shiz that. Gotta love you guys.

lol you aparently only are listening to hip hop or pop music? there is a huge music base in the US. You just need to look around. Im curerntly in sweden now and from the US and have traveled around the world. The US has the same type of music as everywhere except maybe house music found in clubs in Europe. Just my thoughts, however im currently listening to spotify. I have Old school rap, Country, 80s rocknroll(van halen, kiss, ozzy, ect) I like to mix it up.
 
Genre: Almost everything.. except classical and country music.
Band: Right now I listen to.. some old disco stuff, Kleerup - Chords(<3333), September/The Joker(a song), Hallelujah - Jeff buckley, Lots of deadmau5 stuff. :D
Fav song: Kleerup - Chords, for the moment, as ill soon play it too many times until it gets boring(cant control it.. ;p)

Ok, from what I've seen there are way more hip-hop/rap stations on the radio than anything else. Yes there are plenty around, but mainly that's about it. Besides, Techno/Trance/Hardstyle, and anything else amazing is normally from another country. Yes I do listen to some, mainly at parties there, where everyone is like, "Play LMFAO!, or Lil, Jon, or.. blah blah", to which I respond with 'Suck My Dick by DJ Valentino"

Amazing in regards to music is completly on taste, im not saying there not not amazing bands outside of the US. However to say there are a small selection of music within the US I think would be wrong. I dunno im from Portland, there is a ton of music there so maybe im a bit spoiled?? i dunno but thats why we have the internet and torrents.. for me spotify
