Fate of the Fell breaking Crusader

So, as the title says, I got a Fate of the Fell today and as soon as I equipped it to my Crusader he suddenly stopped using all of his other skills and just stands in groups of monsters waiting to use it. Occasionally he will use other skills but he mostly just sits there at max wrath, waiting. Anyone have any quick fixes for this? I noticed that the latest patch "increased usage of Heaven's Fury when Fate of the Fell is equipped." so does anyone know how to get the old behavior back?

I got this same problem, someone should check that out because i dont get any of this things!
