fastest way to talk with an admin?

You need to run HonorBuddy as Admin or it won't work. Right click the program and click run as admin.
One way to prevent this, you can disable UAC. (googling how to disable that will give lots of guides - it's easy)
 
i putted that code in as only loging name no pass like u sayd still giving same error but its strange why dont i have to enter a password?
 
you dont need to reinstall net framework in case you are on a brand new win 7 system
 
why i keep get the error then?? i cant instal that programm hi gives a setup fail like i said on that forum ans screenshots and now im logging in as admin and still gives the same freaking error

are you logged as admin on your laptop?
 
i click in the honorbuddy icon then run as admin enter that code on login name and boom error
 
are you logged as admin on your machine?

well we sent you, your key in your e-mail, that would be the first place i would look.
