Fastest way to lvl RaF with one session?

What is the best way to lvl with Raf while only using one session?
also I saw a profile with grinding in icecrown but i cant find it anymore..

This, If you are on a single session of HB though you may need to work on somethign that stops your toon from logging. IE, get a chat addon and make it spam a message to your main or guild once every 15 minutes, or use an autoclicker to hit a spell etc.

when you do that i rec to have an .bat or an .vbs that press every few min space

yes, as long as they are the raffed pair, killing elite mobes with your 85 main will grant xp to your level 1+ raf buddy
