Fastest way to level?

Hi I have 5 accounts with raf I'm trying to dungeon level but they are outleveling their gear so fast that by level 55 they just die to everything.
Questing takes a full week in my experience.
I keep hearing people that level 1-90 in 24 hours or less but I'm just not seeing it.
