Fastest way to level 1-90?

hey im new to the buddy bot, but Ive been using it on my account and im using the kicks profiles pack but it takes super long for it to level up like it took 2 hours or so to go from 11 to 13 like why is it so slow I can level faster doing it myself? so what am I doing wrong? or is it just this slow?
