I'm using a private profile and I'm also on a smaller realm so I don't get much botting competition, probably that's why I get so many bloods. But I'm not lying.

thats apparently not true. theres no such thing called competition on herb or mining in legion.
and private profile or smaller realm does not protect u from getting attack by the mobs in suramar.
