What kind of answer were you expecting? It is actually the best way to farm souls...
Any profile that works efficiently for you will do the job. Most profiles are equivalent it just depends on your luck.

Fastest way is prolly running a rifter.
Since you got a chance on getting an extra forgotten soul from the rift boss.
And ofcourse rifts do have to highest drop chance atm.
