Fastest bottable way to farm artifact power

Hi,

I have been spamming BGs (while monitoring) and getting really low amounts of artifact power. Is there another way that is more efficient that I can bot?

Running Mythics is probably the fastest way atm but thats not botting. We ran 4 instances last night right over 3 hours. Each boss gives you 200.

The fastest way i've seen is by collecting the chests and rares.
