Fastest 85-90?

What's everyone consider the fastest 85-90 grind these days? Botting or otherwise. I've seen some videos of 85-90 in a few hours, but I'm not sure if any of them still work. I have a 100 and am looking to help another character get from 85-90

Kick's 85-90 MoP is your best bet in my opinion.

Hmmmm ok. wasn't sure if there was a faster way through having a higher level char grind mobs or something.
