Fast way to Lvl? right now.

I'm using Kick's Profiles.
Have not changed any settings at all but it seems after lvl 23 it's slow as hell.
I have been lvl 26 for 3-4 hrs now... I watch the bot 70+% of the time.
The bot just seems to take it's time killing everything. he also is killing mobs that are 4 lvl lower then him, in the quests.
Wondering if there is a way to speed lvling up. if I botted this profile for a week straight I think i'd still be at lvl 60-70 at that time.

Any help would be great!

Turn off kill between hotspots, buy better gear, and try a different combat routine.
