fasmdll_managed.dll HBRelog doesyn't do anything except starting WoW

Can't get HBRelog to work on freshly installed Win7, already tried uninstalling C++ redistributable and .net framework, then installing them with buddy wizzard (after PC restart) but still doesyn't works, any ideas what else I can do?

1: Waiting for Wow to start[17:28:19] System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'fasmdll_managed.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found.
