"fasmdl_managed.dll" error can't start HB

I try to run HB on and he gives me the message "fasmdl_managed.dll", y try to change laucnher to 32x and dont run and y try to update with BuddyPrequisitesWizard.zip and dont run please help me!

Hi, 4Roses,

Try running the tool you find in "Problems with a new install of a Buddy product?" as Windoze admin, and you should be off-and-away.

I have used it and dont run! (edited: srry I have use it but not like admin thanks you)

download and install these.
Download: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details
Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

once your done restart your pc.
