Farming exp in adventure normal/master mode?

I see the highest pargon players in normal mode or master mode in adventure mode. What are they farming there for exp?

It's common for groups doing Grifts to not care what difficulty they load the game in.
Also, there is a false idea that starting a session of High Tier Grifts in lower difficulty game will make it easier to complete. lol
