Farming at driving speed?

So far the highest speed I've been botting at has been Jogging, but the experience numbers seem to be much higher when 'Driving'. You think there is any risk to going full speed of is it safe?

I am also catching pokemons on my phone while driving with train , I dont think its too obvious with this car driving method.

Also I always reed how ppl farm with 200-500 kh/h and dont get banned or softbanned, if doing the teleportation with the right amount of pause in between xD.
