Falling Sword delay

I'm having an issue with Falling Sword running Light set. The bot will spam Falling Sword on large packs which removes its cooldown and causes it to get stuck in a loop in high level rifts. Is there a way to add a delay to only refresh FS when needed (2-6 seconds)? Thanks!
