xp wise and iph wise is probably the best profile atm around there are still some places where the bot stucks and some of them are quite often the same as you will see at the stuck logs now:

v3.0 out, went through all the stuck locations reported to me, and fixed them. (hopefully haha)
Completely remapped Weeping for higher exp
All huge areas now are sectioned off 3 nodes at a time, so if you die you don't revisit nodes... for efficiency purposes.
Agony2 was acting up for some people with not loading the next profile, added it into the tag so if your trinity acts funky it'll still load the next profile.
Upgraded timeout time for Agony2 to 120 seconds
As far as the blacklisting reports go, I still have not experienced that problem... So I can not fix what is not broke.

In short run my bot stops in the begining of the Halls of Agony, few metars away from the portal. What is going on?

It tries to open the door which are impossible to open. They are already blacklisted. It's not profile problem. It happens rarely. Just wait until bot teleport out of the dungeon and load next profile. Next time in agony usually is everything fine.

Everytime when bot needs to port to town when he's near CoA or Rest right after coming back to Festering Wood he gets stuck on loading new profile.

Fallen already edited the code of highlands, the no highlands one? the one supose to clear only leoric for 1/2 stacks of NV, because if bot die in courtyard, he get stuck there, i make some changes for myself and fix that making the profile restart, but with a decent code can be fixed. something i cant do

Very strange, last night it ran perfectly, i stopped it today and it won't run any more; this is the message:

never had such an issue with a working profile before, i am guessing you know what that's all about ;p

Create .xml file in notepad and paste it.
