Fake Game Time + Steal gold ?

Hello guys, Yesterday I bought a game time with my friend's account and charged it into my account and it was perfect but then the next day, game time is gone and someone logged into my account and stole the 321k without changing my password.

I don't want what they did, or how they did that.

What should I do now ? open a ticket and tell them that my friend gave me the code as a gift and I didn't know that he bought it from a guy ?

Definately open a ticket and say that you've been hacked, include the gold/items that have been taken, but lay low once the ticket is open...don't bot on that account until you have it resolved :D
 
But the problem is I charged my account, If they told me that I bought game time illegaly what should i reply ?
 
How about this.. open ticket tell them he gave me game code as gift and next day it's gone + my gold was stolen even tho no one knows my account password and I got nothing to do with the game card selling as I didnt know he bought it illegaly
 
They can't know if you bought a game time card because as far as they know you went to walmart and got one, then added the code. Just open a ticket, don't mention anything about adding the card to your account, but mention that it was removed somehow. just say you were hacked and you lost XXXk gold. They will look into it, and restore your gold.
 
just tell them taht your acc got hacked!
on a second line tell them that also the game time removed and ask them if the hacker done this also!
play it stupid and maybe they will not look where the game time came!

PS it was game time from Blizz store?
 
Also, I would add an authenticator to that account if it's your main.

Yes this will work. If he indeed bought it illegaly then they can't do anything to your account because he gave it as a gift, they can just look into how he got it :)
 
1. never admit you bought gametime
2. say hacked, cause thats the truth.
 
Keep us updated on what happens, because i've had gametime removed from my account once i've bought it but never had any items or such gone missing :P
