I believe if you got an email then yes you're perma banned

What to do if you get banned? Do you file an appeal or just keep going with a new account?

PS: Blizz needs money for new patch

There was some problem with the D3 authentication servers but it seems to be working now.
Those who got an email probably means its a ban for sure.

It could be mistake on blizzard's side, to send ban mails to the D3 license, together with the HS one.

I couldn't log in last night so I thought I was banned but I can log in fine now. It said" there is problem with your game license" so I thought O God I am banned but this morning no problem.. Thank God
