Same issue. However it went to ONE pokestop after looting one this time, but then of course it failed, again.

I'm on windows 10. Unless that's the issue. Agreed. It isn't a softban at all, you can see in the video I was still catching a few pokemon.
 
It's been this way since I bought it and they hardly acknowledge thebissue. I've posted numerous threads, this time I posted a video and hopefully it gets some sort of helpful response.

*UPDATE* Makevio, try to change your IP address (proxy or VPN) then launch the bot. It just worked for me perfectly ONLY AFTER CHANGING IP. On my own IP it does everything but move, catch pokemon, or even move from location.

I don't understand what this means.

I am not softbanned (on my own IP even), confirmed.

Stop commenting on my thread if you aren't going to bother to take the time to read it. It's not a softban. Anyone with any tiny amount of attention span could watch 10 seconds of the video and realize it's not a soft ban.
 
I'm having the same issue, can someone please explain how i'm supposed to change my ip and this bug will be fixed?

IP changing does not work. I just changed it and it didn't do anything. It's a load of crap, he doesn't know how to help us so he throws out random false support.
