Failed to Load Profile

So....it's been a week since I subbed and I am finally able to login. Now that I have gotten profile uploaded and everything, I try to load it up in GB and of course I get a failed to load message. I am using a widely used profile for gathering that people have successfully used repeatedly. Please help!
 
Hey Tony,

Thanks for responding. Nope, followed the direction exactly as said. Double checked that I had the right site. Named all my profiles and made sure they had no symbols. When I go to load, I still get the error. I even tried a separate profile and still no luck. I am on MSN hoping you might be able to assist.

Can you post the debug log from the GB folder (this is using GB1 and not GB2 correct?)

Well the worst part about it is that since I've subbed a week ago, I haven't been able to use the darn thing. I am hoping I can get comped a week once this is resolved.
 
delete all the profiles that are uploaded on your acc

re-upload a new one and dont use symbols or non English letters on the name

What I meant to say was:

I've done that several times, with no luck. I will try again.

guys is not possible to upload Hb or Gb2 profiles on Gb :p
