failed to get items ?

hi all

It worked flawless 15 min then i logged off for 5 min, then logged on again and this is what happening now.

You probably got a softban, go into settings and uncheck catch pokemon, close and reopen and let it run until it gives you the pokestop. Happens to me once in awhile.
