Failed to get game data from the server?

Came home tonight attempted to log in after the 12 hour timer window.

Account #1 connecting to game server then could not connect to game server.

Account #2 logs in just fine.

Attempted Account #1 on phone, it logs in then says could not retrieve game data. and exits

Banned?

time frame was 06:01 on log

Yes. thats a ban. Go to the ban section. There are many similar reports there.
