A screenshot is not a proof, at least 10h of adventurer log could be a start of proof, then add it a d3planner profile and trinity settings. And if it's validated by at least 10 others people you might have a good proof. Everything else is nothing and just show that you don't know what you're talking about

I'd believe it, but more than likely DB is showing incorrect stats. After one GR run, I tend to have around 650b exp/h, but it tends to average out the more runs you do.. Around 20 runs, I was at 160b.
