extreme lag after running DB

right after I login to DB, D3 start getting lag and the game latency is up to 1200+ms

Nope it's a brand new pc haven't installed any antivirus program

I got raptr, amd gaming evolved, amd istall manager, amd catalyst.

Btw when I got this problem I wasn't installed anything, I got video card driver updated then I got those programs

can you uninstall them and try again plz?

also make sure your vga drivers are updated and that foreground and background fps are 150+
