Extra Sarkoth Checkpoint Screwing Town Runs?

Hey all,

I keep coming back to my bot standing in middle of town near chest and after playing around I found there's now a new checkpoint just next to cain and whatshername its not triggered by coming out of portal but when bot goes to repair it triggers and from now on clicking resume buts bot back in town rather than near sarkoth. Anyone got a fix?
