So... it is as the title says. I bought a lifetime key (and you PAY ATTENTION to your customers next time, otherwise according do vastly already studied market laws, customers are only to be lost in situations like this....) in 03'13'2016, and in Demonbuddy it says it is expired already... could some moderator or admin, or even any helper guide me through this, please.... The (ENORMOUSLY INCOHERENT)''long term'' change states clearly 2 years of usage, not instant-expiration of license, so...
Oh, and before i say anything else, from the deep of my hearth, i have known and loved this community since 2013... but only had ways of joining and buying demonbuddy at 2016. I have a great love for everything that have been done here - yes, there were/are bugs, glitches and flaws, but the Demonbuddy comunity and staff around the whole internet are the best. Active and always releasing new updates and good content... damn, the Diablo farming and grinding experience is amazing with DB! And by the way, Demonbuddy and the other buddys are Services and Products sold through European laws...
Now, my message to all Demonbuddy's Staff, you know the risks involved in your action ought to be far superior than the ones faced agains Blizzard at the court? It may seem obvious (of course! IT IS) that you made a clearly ILLEGAL move, specially reinforced due to the old post here about "Lifetimes before 6th [...) beign kept lifetime"... Therefore the amount of customers armed and ready to prosecute, with all the proofs already necessary in their hands is very high. In fact, it is the amount of customers who bought a Lifetime license before january 18th of 2017. You may ignore what me and the vast majority of old customers are saying now, and pretend the world is a "colorful rainbowland", where there are no consequences for your actions, and someone can simply remove a product from their owners after it already has been bought (in case anyone here didn't understand, every country in the world agrees, economically that after buying a product - and lifetime anything is legally a product - it stays to the owner). But yes, there will be consequences. Not in form of flaming, trolling or immature discussion, but in form of legal action.
Before I end, and before any action is taken against Bosslands, i politely ask that you keep your word on things already spoken of in the past, your moral integrity and most importanttly, your customers, who carefully handed their trust in your products and services in the past, but have had their faith fragilized due to recent illegal and imoral actions.
Finally, i leave everyone here with this short paragraph taken directly from European Union Laws - Online Shopping Contracts Informations, available on europa.eu: "(...)Prior information forms part of the contract unless you(The customer) and the trader jointly agree on changes to the terms given on, for example, the trader's website.
Contracts must be written in plain and understandable language and cannot contain unfair contract terms."
As far as I am concerned, changing the "lifetime subscription" from lifetime for 2 years is both unfair(in law's words) AND happened without our agreement upon a previously bought product in Bossland's Store.
Therefore, clearly beign stated the illegality of your actions, and unlike what happened with me and the other customers, some time will be given to you to think, and make a choice: either be prepared for a legal strike within next weeks or months, with everything stated and supported by international European laws, or simply give your customers what they bought, what is written in our receipt, what we paid for and choose to trust into, what you advertised, promoted and supported manny times in Demonbuddy's forums.
