Expanded PokeDex

I know the pokedex is supposed to grow a new spot when hatching a Gen 2 Pokemon, but looking at my PokeDex today I have a lot more spaces. Not an entire 100, but a good 25. Has anyone else noticed this? Could this be an effect of PokeFarmer or is it something PoGo is doing? Speculation?

Never mind. I figured it out. I thought the pokedex should only add that one pokemon, but it shows everything in between. Please close the thread, thanks
