Exotic Leather

I'm editing a profile to farm "Exotic Leather" but I can not do a thing. When the bot skin, in addition to the leather find "Plump Intestines" (id = 72201). these objects to me fill the bags. Text with which the bot is able to open the object so as not to fill all the bags?
