Exiliebuddy won't start up (.exe)

Hello,

I came back to try ou Exilebuddy, I downloaded the program, and extracted it, but whenever I press the exilebuddy.exe nothing happens, I tried re-installing, re-booting etc etc. I'm not using any form of loaders to do this, i've been trying to run as admin etc nothing works.

What is wrong?

Moreover, make sure you have installed the prerequisite requirements, especially .NET 4.5.1:
