It works, but somehow it creates huge lagspikes or something. The char is next to mobs but does not hit, then I stop the bot, and uses /oos and i get teleported 5-15 yards away..

How many FPS on average is the game running at? How is your PC CPU/RAM/video wise Desync is an issue that cannot be solved, as it's a part of the game. The next version cuts down on logging, which does have a performance impact overall. Other than that, desync affects the bot, and there's not too much that can be done.

Tried your new routine, maybe the problem is with infernal blow /facebreaker still happen to me
