Dont really know due to chinease, but it looks like a similar problem I had which I resolved with:

Try that if the problem persists, but first reinstall with administration privilages and all that stuff.

It's most likely anti-virus stopping Greymagic from being injected. Disable anti-virus on the Exilebuddy folder after you make a Clean install. Or add rules to your anti-virus to skip the Exilebuddy folder.
