Bought one over 24 hours ago. Sent in a ticket with order # and transaction ID an hour after I didn't receive a key. Still no reply, sent in another ticket an hour ago. Two page thread, seen multiple people complain on the discord, sitting here wondering when buddy staff will take their thumbs out of their ass and actually do something.

Yeah, im rolling on for 29 hours without a key, still no reply from support either. PayPal payment still sat waiting for authorization. Really annoying considering when i have purchased keys in the past they hace come through in 5 minutes. The lack of communication from the staff on this is disgusting considering there seem to be so many people having these problems.
Just got the same email as well with a reply to my support ticket saying
"the payment is still pending on our side ?"
So I assume they fucked something up, its not on my side since I've bought multiple things in the past week with paypal.
I tried to buy again and it went through, took like 10 minutes to receive the key though.

I checked my paypal and it's still listed as pending so I think I might have to contact paypal support to fix it.
