I bought a key 24hours ago and still haven't received it by mail?

I did open a ticket but got no response until now either. Is there a way to contact them via chat/im/phone somehow?

It'll be in your email somewhere.

Check junk etc. for "Bossland"

Also the bot hasn't been updated for 2.6 anyways. So you're not missing out on anything.

As for the mail, nop, didnt receive it, as I run my own mail server I see in the logs when something arrives.

I have an acc there as I have purchased keys for other buddy bots in the past and can confirm mine is NOT there.

Same here, and it looks like theres a ton of guys in the support saying they haven't received Pogo hash keys too, so im assuming their is an issue somewhere :-/

the problem is on paypal, somehow the payments are in pending, you can check yours

Exactly, and the order page also confirms payment is fine, waiting for fulfillment...

Doesn't look like it, i tried emailing support, and have been keeping an eye on the forums and discord, but haven't heard a peep from the team... Seems to be a few posts like this one in diff products and on the "support" area so hopefully it gets resolved before the backlog of keys gets too big!

Same here. No key in 8 hours after payment, no reply from staff/support.
Bossland GmbH didn't authorise the payment. Wtf guys!

1 came instantly, 5 still pending. also ~12hours ago or so

If paypal, did you use the paypal checkout or regular option?
