Exilebuddy got stucked at key confirmation

Hello i bought yesterday a 3 day trial version for the bot and downloaded the beta of the Bot.
After the instalation i pasted my key into the exilebuddy and hes confirming it 24/7 doing nothing else then endless loading

firewall etc is deactivated.
someone know what the issue is ? couldnt find anything at the forum

in your exilebuddy folder there should be a folder called logs, please post the log as an attachment so we can help you out.
