after the update from Poe to 2.1 the Bot say : this version is unsuported

Correct. It needs to be updated to the current patch, checked for new ***** implementations, and what not. See this post for the official comment:

As for time lost, I believe they add it to the end of your sub if it is excessive. Just buy the lifetime already! =)

Usually that's how it goes, you get credit for maintenance downtimes, dunno if it's eligible for EB, maybe the real grand Tony can enlighten us.
