Exilebuddy crashing

Just bought Exilebuddy for 1 month to try it out. Crashes when i try starting it : There was an error authenicating your key with the server. Please try again later or use a different key.

So basicly what ive done so far:
Bought the key, Downloaded the bot, extracted it and then i tried to start it. What am i missing?

Sometimes it says Invalid product key!

Looks like a problem with .Net 4.0
Make sure it is completely updated. Run Windows Update until there are no more .Net updates.

Sometimes it says Invalid product key!

You'll get this when starting the bot just after it has crashed. Rebooting usually clears this, or wait 5 mins for server cache to clear.

If still not working, do complete reinstall as follows (per Tony - SuperMod)

Remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installation wizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

if no joy we will teamviewer it
