Exception during bot tick. Freezing/Stutter Issues

I have tried both BETA and Release versions. Both eventually lead to this error. Any ideas whats causing it? This is a fresh install of DB.

Error occurs on the following lines -

use release build and dont install any 3rd party plugins

make sure background and foreground fps value is 150+
