Exception during bot tick. ERROR! Help please.

after 2.1 i got this error when i try to start demonbuddy "in char screen". Like Tony said i did:

"remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart"

but nothing changed. please help,
