Everytime i restart bot account is level 1.

Hey Guys!
Anyone knows this problem?
Everytime i login with PTC im level 1 although the account is over 25.
On google i found just 1 answer: reinstall bot.
I reinstalled it and it solved the problem but i cant start a second one because i would need to reinstall it while the first one is running.
Anyone has any solution for this?

My account is lvl 25.
I login with the data of this account.
Bot is playing with a fresh lvl 1 account.
I reinstall bot its lvl 25 again.
But then i cant start a second bot instance because the second one would be lvl 1 again.

are you sure you're logging into the right account. Also was the account perma banned and they unbanned it? they might have wiped all information?
