Everything is wrong, payment, bot etc

Hi there, today i bought the Honorbuddy bot (1 year) package.
After registering to the forums and attempting to log in it said "Wrong password" so i had to reset it and make a new one.
Then I attempted to connect my shop username to the forums in order to download the bot.
After downloading the bot i enter my username and PW, but it keeps failing to log in, then i notice my shop password also is wrong. I reset this aswell and then i tried to log into the bot but it still doesnt work.. Is this a scam site? cause i just spent 25 euros and i cant get access to what i "own" which is pretty sad.

Bossland GmbH <--- tried that link yet?

Thats your password to the bot. The shop and forum accounts are two different things though you can link them via your control panel, the passwords can still remain different.
 
Yeah I have, the forums password is adding up now.. but the bossland isnt, so i cant connect the forum with the shop.. ive reset the password about 8 times now and tried three different browsers, used Ccleaner to clear cookies etc..

My friend use this bot, and he has never experienced these problems, so it would be awesome if someone actually could look into it.
 
password doesn't have characters like ~!@#$%^&*()_+-={}[]:";'<>,.\| in it does it?
 
No, just numbers and letters. Even tried short pws, long pws, with mixed letters and so on.

it sometimes takes some time to add the sessions to your account. give it a little time its no an instant process.

Yeah it does, but the server doesnt require 24 hours to give a password to a newly registered member, regardless of what he/she bought.. So i dont think you read my post.

My problem is not the software itself, its the shop password which doesnt work no matter how many times i reset it.
 
If you registered on shop with Lindstr?m the slash through the o could very well be causing it to cut off after Lindstr when sending the info to the database. Thats where I'd start.

Don't know the coding or the character set it uses but I'd guess this could probably be it.

Might try logging in with the Login Lindstr but it still might not work. The row could be corrupted.

Or if it has protection against corrupting the row it could've dropped the o and be Lindstrm

What you said made sence, but it didnt work :( im trying to get a hand of tony for some support but he seems to be offline atm
 
open a new thread on payments and Bossland will change your username
