Good for you, You must be very professional to know the OSI models, must be very hard. thats some High Tech shit... however its funny that you are linking L2 to L3, i should tel you to google better what the OSI model is before you go to uni else they will laugh at you there since it will be the first thing you will get to learn. (Basic Advice)

I initially posted to also help and said what I did before buying a new account after being banned, but you felt the need to correct what wasnt wrong :

You did not need to change the HWID (You are probably talking about the NIC Address a.k.a MAC address) but happy to hear it works for you.

So back to the subject, my new account is still doing good.
I'm playing on the same PC, with a new IP address, the same MAC (if Blizz ever uses its address to compute something), changed my HwProfileGUID in the registry, and used a new battlenet and a new credit card.

Now back to OW, I need to get those lvls back.
