Every time I TP to town, it says "Can't do that here" Why?

As stated above,

Every time when I finished TPing to town, it says "cant do that here" regardless of what profile I am using. Is there a way to find out what's causing it? I think it's trying to use a something while being in town, maybe another TP?

Pretty sure it's just trying to cast Town Portal again.

Could be portal usage to early (such as yarmatey says), BUT i think its identifying to quickly, before is is "allowed" after leaving portal. Try it manually after leaving portal, right-click an unidentified item and get the same line, "Cant do that here".
