EU Realm Transfer

I tried to transfer 1 of my chars for 3 days now.
And I always go the same error message when choosing VISA as a payment method:

PAYMENT METHOD BLOCKED!!

blablabla visit support blablabla
Anyone knows how to fix this issue?
Blizz wont answer on my freaking tickets...

Yes it means your vise have been blocked. Either because.

1) Its been used to scam. Blizzard will not accept this card.

No, I dont even need to insert my VISA data.
I just click on VISA button and then it says its blocked, although i did not insert any data.

has the account ever gotten a temp ban or warning?

nvm I sometimes got that error when I tried to transfer on a account that gotten a warning and it was blizz that had locked the payment options so you had to contact them to remove it ...
