Added to the bugged mob list so fixed in next release.
 
The purpose of this thread is to report bugs.

If someone reports a bug, they are probably annoyed. Please do not try to defend HB or the devs. If someone has paid for our software they have every right to tell us how they feel.

Most of the bugs are quests that require overrides. If you want me to write the override for you, please post the wowhead quest info.

The bot usually pulls another mob before killing the one that it is atacking, and while fighting it pulls mobs that are like 60 yards away.

Its an annoying wow mechanic change - mobs don't put you in Combat even though they are on their way to kill you. We are looking at a workaround.

Actually, that makes sense - it checks the wow_id of the mob. Will fix tomorrow.
 
There seems to be some logic fault in which it's blacklisting all the quests it picks up because it thinks the quest in question requires going to another continent..

Activity: Moving to quest giver Gerald Green.
Activity: Accepting quests from Gerald Green.
Activity: Moving to quest giver Gerald Green.

Quest Military? What Military? requires to go to another continent! Blacklisting.

The hotspot it is referring to is the flotilla of undead immediately surrounding the mines... where the Quest is located.
I've done the usual.. re-downloaded HB, purged all meshes... no difference.

Profile being used is BPAlpha's 68-71, based off of Bossland's profile of similar location. The last beta version didn't behave like this, is why I'm curious.

just tried English (US) aswell. still getting errors.

PS. OS is Win7 64bit
 
Alright I've found what causes error.

I live in Turkey. Our alfahabet has two "i" s. One with dot and one without.

Changing every "ForcedQuestList" to "ForcedQuestLIst" and "ForceMail" to "ForceMaIl" fixed it.

Dunno why that caused a problem while I did set everything language and unicode program settings to English(US) already.
 
Please get rid of the Stop and Dismount when in a battleground. If you enter combat, even if the damn players are 70 yards away it will dismount, walk 10 yards and try to mount again. HB should only be dismounting if its within pull range and has a target, not when combat is detected.
 
The targeting list is not properly updating when in a battleground. I continuously see it run into a pack on hostile players and never even see them on the targeting list.

Need a mounting cooldown. It will dismount and mount alot , even when nothing is around.

Jesus, I cant even hand a good target to my CC....

Name one version of HB that is stable, not even the version they call stable is stable, I didn't even have this many issues with Omega Bot, It's quite bullshit we pay good money for a program that half ass works and can't get any real support on it. Devs don't ever post what they are working on, they refuse to fix the ongoing bugs in it and just keep adding new things. Maybe when they piss off enough people and they stop paying the monthly fee. They will decide to listen to the community

Yeah, i was perfectly happy with my mixed mode and working cc's...
Feels like when they "fix" one thing 3 other things gets broken or unstable.
And this constant switching/renaming of function calls makes alot of cc's unusable.

IMHO, the only working bot atm is Gatherbuddy.. atleast gb does what it's supposed to >.<
 
The quest Crown of the Earth http://www.wowhead.com/quest=921 in Teldrasil requires you to fill an item at a Moonwell, well the location it goes to is about 20 yards off. It goes to the spot on the map that the in game quest tracker shows, but it needs to move about 10 feet to the side. How would I make an override to go to the Hospot in the moonwell and use the item it has? Or is this type fo quest not overrideable yet.

Exactly, they keep chaning the way profiles need to be written and all that shit so everytime one is released it gets broken and you can't get em to be stable, quite annoying honestly, but ask we can see they aren't really caring what we have to say like I said earlier maybe when they aren't getting the money for the bot things will change

In this specific case, there has never been a change to HB that broke a profile. Even the profiles from the HB1 beta last year still work.

You keep whining but you never post logs. If you can't actually report a problem as opposed to whine, please don't post. Meanwhile, I'm putting an infraction on your account for pointless swearing.
 
I am having movement issues in BGs with both this version and with 1.9.2.5. When it reaches the spot where it was moving towards it will wait for 2 seconds and then move to the next spot. It gives a very bot like look.
There is no problems what so ever in PvE, works like a charm.

Added a log, which is from 1.9.2.5, but it is exactly the same as with this one.
