Hello people.

Im pretty sure some helpful people in here posted the law about Blizzard HAVE to give me information on why my account was banned regardless of their TOS.

Can someone link the law, og give me a paragraf for that? Im in the process of apealing, and i want to but some pressure on. Im not crying about my ban, im just sick and tired of Blizzard making a TOS and thinking they are above the law. Already gave them the: Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. This means they are not allowed to scan my processes and things on my PC.

Thanks in advance :)

You are misreading that law. Personal data is your name, email address and such. WoW data is not personal data, it is not even yours to begin with, so it is not protected by that law.

im sick and tired of people thinking blizzard does things outside of the law. gtfo plz

it has been discussed allr. the so called unban letter was a complete fake as well.

no one will be unbanned nor is there any law that protects your ass as they didnt do anythign wrong

I get that, but in the end im trying to learn :) As stated, i accept the ban, and do not QQ about it. But laws are laws. If they are within the law, then fine, if not, i want to plea my case. Is that so har to understand?
