EU DB ETA Time until it wok's ?

Ok so I understand theat there is this new update for D3 theat took place today ,and it is a little to early to ask whye is DB not working today .
I also understand that there is an beta version that works in US ,and theah EU players have to wait until tomoro . Is that right ?
I ask this because there is a new version of DB posted today 282 and when I launch it it closes automaticaly .
Is this happening only to me ?
And it not it is certayn theat we have to wait for the new stable version theat works in EU too.
Can you tell aproximatly when theat is ?

try a new DB installation from scratch and if you still have problems post your log as attachment

I did this like 5 times .... i log in ... it is loading like 1,2 seconds .... and then it closes .Here is the new and fresh log :
