Eu botting account perm. banned

7)How many auctions per day did you have?: 0

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? No

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? No

10)EU or US realm? EU

11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? 5 years old paid account, my own.



Been answering all the whispers(5 - 6 in the last month). Ive been playing LoL with the bot herbing in the background.

I have never received any warnings before this perm ban. I actually thought you would get a warning or something.

I'm sorry that you feel the previous answer wasn't sufficient in this case. I can confirm that your account was detected making use of third party programs, also known as botting.
This is a huge violation of the terms of service, and as a result we would normally close the account permanently.
In this case we have granted a second chance for the account, and that was reduced to a 72 hour suspension, and a final warning on your account.
Please ensure that you take some time to review the terms of service, as further violations wouldn't be appreciated, nor granted any leniency.

You have been banned not because blizzard detected you using Honorbuddy, but because you got reported and they just banned you... as they have no evidence you actually botted then lifted to a 72h ban as a " mistake "

what did you write to them? cause i just got a perm ban, though i already got a 72h temp ban for botting already, dunno if those two things are connected xD
but yea i appealed twice and they havent lifted it :S
