nope ofc not

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, Mods, or Exploits?

9)Was your account involved in gold selling?
We always catch our gold once per day to a clean mule-account. This mule is surely still alive.

Diablo III - Mitteilung zu der Accountma?nahme

Hallo!

* * * PERMANENTE ACCOUNTSCHLIE?UNG * * *

Getroffene Ma?nahme: Accountschlie?ung
Versto?: Unerlaubte Drittanbieter Programme (Third Party Software)

https://eu.battle.net/support/de/ticket/submit

Gru?

Please guys, i dont want an omg, shit, sorry, or whatever. Bans comin, bans goin... But we have to consider why they ban and why to the hell they ban one machine and not the others. So iam 100% sure if they ban one account, they also check all other accounts on the same mac-adress and ban them too. IP-adresses are not checked and no problem at all.

Thx for this info :)

maybe i will again let my bots each run in it's own VM for other HW IDs and mac adresses. this can't really be coincidence that just one machine got it.

We both running 7 machines atm ;)

I lost few accounts last week because of the Zultan XP-Glitch. Thats not a problem. But this realy hurts now. Blizzard needs to sell more copies, because ppl jumping from board because of that stupid game. We have tons of clients switching back to D2 and are happy with it.

I dont get it when people complain about bans when they are botting "24/7 what else".

Greetings,

* * * NOTICE OF ACCOUNT CLOSURE * * *

A user of this account has recently been involved in actions deemed inappropriate for Diablo III. The account action detailed below was made after a thorough investigation of the situation as a whole. Though we are unable to discuss the outcome of our investigation due to privacy concerns, rest assured that this incident has been looked into very thoroughly and appropriate action taken on all accounts involved.

Account Action: Account Closure
Offence: Unapproved Third Party Software
A third party program is any file or program that is used in addition to the game to gain an unfair advantage. These programs may increase movement speed or teleport heroes from one place to another beyond what is allowed by game design. It also includes any programs that obtain information from the game that is not normally available to the regular player or that transmit or modify any of the game files.

Cheat Programs ("Hacks")
We take action against accounts using hacks when a hero on the account is identified using a hack program. Hacks provide benefits normally not achievable in the game. Such benefits may include: increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls.

Automation Programs ("Bots")
We take action against accounts using automation programs or bots when one or more heroes on the account are identified using a bot to achieve automation.

This Diablo III account has been closed based on a review of the account and all related policy violations, in accordance with the Terms of Use (http://eu.blizzard.com/en-gb/company/legal/d3_tou.html) and our In-Game Policies (Diablo III Policies - Battle.net Support).

Any open bids or auctions at the time of the account?s closure have been cancelled. Your open bids will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 days for processing depending on the availability of your financial institution. Any bids or auctions completed prior to the account?s closure will not be refunded or reversed.

Moving forward, this Diablo III account and any heroes or items associated with the account are no longer accessible. The only way to continue playing Diablo III is to purchase a new licence or attempt to recover access by appealing account closure. While closure overturns are very unlikely, we advise that customers pursuing an appeal wait to purchase a new Diablo III licence until the appeal process has completed. If you add a new Diablo III licence, the new account will overwrite your old account and any prior heroes or items will be permanently erased.

Any disputes or questions concerning this account action can only be addressed by submitting a ticket through the Battle.net support site. To submit a ticket, please visit http://eu.battle.net/support/ticket/submit. Our support team will not be able to investigate account actions over the phone.

We understand that these policies may seem harsh, but they are in place to ensure that every player is able to fully enjoy their time spent on Battle.net. Thank you for respecting our position.

We uses on a clean machine VMware workstation 8.0.2 with all our mule-accounts. So every mule is in a single VM and never connected to outside. No bans so far... Maybe this helps you guys. But remember. VM needs much power to calc a real window and a 3d-game inside.

i?ve heard about mules that often survived bans. Would be interesting to know if you had run your bots with each vm if they would be banned as well...

@evilepyn: Haha, i wish i would be :)
@dargonos: Not possible if u wish to run 20..50..100..or more bots :( But for a normal user with max 5 bots and semi-power i think VM is still the safes method.

Sounds like a big test for me today :) How much VM?s ca run at the same time on my machine :D (i7 3930k with 32gb ram)

hope thats the solution to avoid big personal banwaves

Plz let us know your results :) Just tested a few few decend tests with botting inside VM, but didnt got the right time for right tests. Also have few new 3930k oc to 4.2 Ghz and 32gb ram.

Eight active on i5, 16GB, Win7 64bit. single HDD- VMworkstation each assigned 2 processors 1.5MB per.
Bottleneck's occur in memory and HDD I/O transfers before anything else.
Exempt the VM directory(s) from all anti virus checks.
Turn off/down all resource consuming features per VMWorkstation.
HDD (SSD) per VMworkstation, all on one HDD will work... as last resort.
Defrag degrag defrag defrag... each VM workstation.
Have Fun! :cool:

Quote Markn12:
While true blizzard doesn't ban by IP. If they did innocent people in dorms and apartments would be banned because a lot of them share the same IP with everyone who lives in the building. What people don't realize is blizzard gets your mac address when you're connected your modem, router, network card etc. VM does help in this regard as it creates its own network card and its own mac address so it gives the impression that its not all from the same PC.

How do you run 8 on an i5? My i5-2500 is at 100% cpu with 3VM's (1 bot per VM).
I have limited foreground and background fps to 50fps in diablo. Unlimited i can only run 1 bot.
