Hi, I'm geting 90% packet lost from me to 37.187.151.148.

The problems is that the trafic go true.
ae-44-44.ebr1.Dusseldorf1.Level3.net
ae-49-49.ebr2-new.Frankfurt1.Level3.net
ae-3-80.edge5.Frankfurt1.Level3.net

Is there any other IP I can use? That use another rute from scandinavia?

use google dns and let me know

Thats the first one I tray to use.
I have tray all DNSs I know of and all go true the 2 that gives the packet lost from my city. So I dont really know what to do. My ISP cant help me with this problem so I'm lost right now.
 
since you are the only one reporting this i guess its something on your setup

try to flush your dns and also power cycle your router

Problem is not at my place. It's on the way from me to the auth server. The rute is passing true germany and there the packets are geting lost. All ppl in skandinavia are having this problems true the greman truncing services.
 
there are no issues on our servers tho
 
Hard to attach a proper log file when you cant conect to the auht server?

What I can provide are this.

This seems like a routing issue caused either by your service provider or one of middle backbones being used.

I will need some more details before I submit this information to our network provider to get the routing checked on their side.

* A full unedited traceroute to auth.eu.buddyauth.com
* Pathping to auth.eu.buddyauth.com
* Your internet service provider name and country
* The date you started having issues

Feel free to PM me if you are worried about your IP address being exposed.
 
While this is being investigated, you can use North America region. You won't notice any latency issues with Honorbuddy

same problem here.. your provider is Fastweb?
No, I'm not using them.

According to me , this may be the reason that many of the users have trouble connecting to the aut. server.

It shode be intersting if some more users can do an PingPlotter to the EU aut server and check if they get the same problems with this IP:s above.

This make it even more intresting. I did a PingPlotter to China and Southeastasia. China is way beter the europe to use :) SoutheastAsia give more trubel the EU.
China I can use but It´s not like EU auth server where 3week back. The hand checking is taking way to long time and it may be in the aria of time out.
